Frequently Asked Questions... Q: Can I purchase online with a credit card? A: Yes... we have a PayPal account, so you have the benefit of a secure credit card payment facility. Of course if you prefer, we are happy to accept payment by cheque. Q: How do I buy a bag? A: Click the "Buy Now" button next to a handbag on the Handbags For Sale page to be taken through the PayPal payment process. Q: But what if I want the bag in a different colour scheme to that in the photographs? A: Have a look at our wool colours, pick the colours you want and let us know via the Contact Us page. We'll advise you of the total price (which will include FREE UK P&P) and the expected completion date. We'll also attach a PayPal Money Request (invoice) for you to settle which will confirm your order. Q: How do I commission a bag? A: Send us an email, and we'll contact you to arrange a complimentary no-obligation consultation (either face to face, if that's practical, or via phone/email) to discuss your thoughts and requirements. Q: How much is P&P? A: We offer FREE P&P for delivery to mainland UK addresses, as we know how frustrating it is to complete an online order and then find your bill increased for P&P charges. For international postage costs, please contact us for a quote. Q: How long will I have to wait? A: As soon as we receive your order, it will be logged, but as all pieces are handmade to order, please allow up to 4 weeks for delivery. Q: What if it's urgent? A: We do our best to accomodate if the order is for a gift, so pop a note to us, and we'll email to confirm.
